Terrific but useless

Looks like a fabulous machine. BUT the clock face is incredibly bright, even on the lowest visible setting. Bright enough to read by. I need a clock radio so I can see what time it is in the middle of the night. I don't need it for reading in bed. I had to cover the clock face just to sleep.
