What a Cool Cellphone! 2008-07-05
This is a really fun cellphone! It has the best keyboard I've ever used. The screen is clear and bright, and the apps all perform well. The IM is especially good, as is the web-browsing. Highly-recommended for all users.

Nice design, loaded with IM features 2008-02-21
I like the IM capabilities of this new Sidekick. Typing is easy and the keyboard is a breeze to use. I prefer this to the earlier SK versions. The only downside is the features absent from this version like camera and Edge. But overall a good buy for its price.

Poor design, T-Mobile refuses to stand behind this product 2008-01-24
Warning, this product is poorly made. I purchased my Sidekick ID directly from T-Mobile. After less than 6 months of owning it, the magnet that allows the screen to flip when you open it, fell out. Now the screen is upside down and virtually unusable. I took a look at it and the piece of plastic that holds the magnet in place wore away. I called T-Mobile to file a warranty claim, and they refused to help me. They accused me of dropping the phone. When I tried to explain to the representative that it was not damaged by me, it was a defect in the design, they refused to believe me. I cannot believe a company would treat its customers this way. On top of everything, i cannot cancel my contract without paying a $200 cancellation fee. I've been a customer for 6 years, and this is how they treat me. They should be ashamed. I am forced to pay the fee and move on.
