Totally Useless Device!

This is not strength training! It's just too weak to cause any change in abdominal musculature.
The only way anyone can give this thing a positive review, is by not testing it at the maximum intensity level in order to find out just how weak it is. Don't buy it if you expect a six-pack.

Really Like It

So far it was worth my money. It's easy to use and you can really feel it working. I've only been using it about two weeks but I've already lost 5 pounds and people have been asking if I've lost weight. It doesnt take much dedication so that's a plus as well.
