i started this product on friday the 23 of may i have lost 3 pounds so far i only do a 30 min workout on my elliptial in the morning five days a week, i have so much more energy now , i eat less, and i feel really good in the morning and thats a big thing for someone like me who is not a morning person. i thought i would be running to the bathroom doing alot of number two's but so far so good iam little more regular but i do alot of peeing so maybe its removing the water weight off first. im really excited to see how much more weight i will continue to lose this month this stuff really works. 3 pounds and counting.......................

I am taking this daily and using the Detox every other week. I have lost weight and tons of gunk that was floating around...my belly is gone, you can see my ribs again, not like when I was 18, but they are clearly there...lol!
