works great and promptly delivered

I was very pleased with how fast A Click Away shipped the remotes. The price was comparable to the lowest available I found anywhere on the internet and I was able to pay through Amazon rather than an unknown company. The actual remotes look a little more modern than the one pictured but otherwise are just the same as my 10 year old multicode remote. Easy to set up, easy to use. They even came with the battery included. Couldn't ask for more.

This product works perfectly. Just what I needed. No problems with the ordering or receipt of it. I have been looking locally for a replacement garage door opener for two years. None of the big box stores in our area carried the product. One sales clerk did suggest that I look on line for the opener. I put the item in my search engine and the first store was Amazon.com. I am a frequent user of Amazon so I had no problem placing an order for several of this garage door opener. I do not want to be left without having one available.

Remote control adjusting

We bought these as replacements for older ones of the same model. We tried a different brand that only worked after pushing the button a number of times and switched back to these because they worked with only one push of the button. The case was little hard to open but other than that, these are the best openers we've been able to find so far.

Easy Does It!

I am extremely satisfied with this remote. First of all, before I even purchased it I contacted Nancy (ASPDoors) to find out if I was buying the right remote. Our remote was ancient and we could read the numbers clearly on the back. Nancy answered my question the next day and I placed my order. It arrived two days later and took me all of 5 minutes to program 2 remotes. The only criticism I have is the back was a little difficult to open. I am very satisfied with this product considering the garage door installers were going to charge me $32 for each opener. I would recommend anyone research this avenue first...saved me a lot of money!

Customer Service is the Worst

One of the WORST experiences I have had in my many years of internet shopping. Order took 6 days to ship (Item said usually ships next day), and 14 days to recieve. (2 day delay for bad weather)Never did recieve an E-mail with order number. During this time, I tried to call and E-mail to find out where my order was. Phones do not work correctly, and no one ever responded to my E-mail. Opened a claim on PayPal...they never read that either. This company will never see my business again.

A really basic garage door opener remote control that does what it's supposed to: Open the garage door, remotely. For my aging garage opener, this was the only remote I could use. The only minor complaint I have: Removing the front cover plate was more difficult than I expected (I had to use a screwdriver to pop the sides up).

Well Designed, but won't work with Genie

I bought this because it looked better designed then the Genie remotes, but unfortunitely it didn't work, they seem to work on different frequencies.
