I first heard of this guy when he was a sessions man on Professor Longhair's "Rock & Roll Gumbo" album. When I saw the ad for this DVD, I had to take a chance on it and I am not disappointed in the least. He is every bit the talent that the critics said he was. I hope ol' Gate and Fess are still jamming in the hereafter.
