Best TV show seen in a long time
2008-09-02
Didn't think much of it when I first saw it appearing in the TV guide, another post nucleair drama I thought, but I got hooked as soon as i saw my first episode.
For the first time in ages I stayed home to watch my favorite show!
LOVE JERICHO
2008-09-01
I loved this show from the first minute I saw it. At first, I was thinking it was going to be similar to the many other post-nuclear movies (i.e. "Damnation Alley" with George Peppard). I was quite pleased with the attention to detail as it was related to the science of the main theme as well as the social consequences of that type of attack.
Wish it was longer.

First off, I'll fill you in briefly that I have been overseas for awhile and just returned, so if I'm missing something of why the second season was only 7 episodes, then I applogize in advance. I felt what alot of other people felt. I think the season was rushed, had way too many plot holes, and overall was a average season, not great like the first season. What happend to Dale? What happend to the seemingly huge plot point of John Smith? Maybe this was all part of the writer's strike I read about. I don't know. I bought it to complete my series, that's the only reason.
Jericho season 2

The first sesaon started out with some real tension and drama and then flagged towards the end but the second season was on-the-edge-of-your-seat the entire way.
Jericho, I don't understand why they cancelled it.

JERICHO is a drama about what happens when a uclear mushroom cloud suddenly appears on the horizon plunging the residents of a small peaceful Kansas town into chaos leaving them completely isolated and wondering if they're the only Americans left alive. But in this time of crisis as sensible people become paranoid personal agendas take over and well-kept secrets threaten to be revealed some people will find an inner strength they never knew they had and the most unlikely heroes will emerge.System Requirements:Running Time: 347 minutesFormat: DVD MOVIE Genre: TELEVISION/SERIES & SEQUELS Rating: NR UPC: 097368920149 Manufacturer No: 892014
All time Great TV series
2008-08-08
Absorbing storyline; Fast-paced, action packed adventure. Nice DVD with some good extras for one of the best television programs in years. Great cast - maybe a little too much for television.
AWESOME

Awesome season, fast paced, edge of your seat but to short and still have many questions left unanswered and the different ending wow......how things could be if third season was allowed....
Best Series on Television
2008-07-27
CBS messed up cancelling this series. The characters are real, and you come to care about them with the first episode. The action is movie worthy, and the plot kept you on the edge of your seat each week. We own seasons 1 and 2 and watch them religiously. The actors should've received Emmies for their performaces.
Jericho Is the Greatest!

Jericho should never have been canceled on TV. There was so much more story to be told and lived. And the show that is taking over the day/time slot (it certainly couldn't REPLACE Jericho!) is insulting! Jericho (both seasons) is an adventure that all of us could easily have experienced (God forbid!), and the actors and writers made sure we could easily place ourselves in the situations to which we gave our attention each week. You, too, can experience it through the DVDs of Jericho. They were the best TV shows I've seen in decades! I don't even turn on the TV for any of those silly shows that are on now. Some of the shows being advertised as new for this fall may be interesting - we'll see.
