Excellent, but keep it steady!

The Perfect Abs Strap works great, but you do need to stay disciplined and focused when using it. As long as you keep it slow and steady you can achieve a maximum work out, but maybe not look like the photo!

while the pull up part works great the ab straps are not useful as you wind up swinging too much which makes the exercise less effective

Without these, my wrists would hurt when attempting this exercise on a pull-up bar. Well made...allows for higher reps since wrists don't give out. Well worth the money!
