What's not to hate

I received this a little over an hour ago and it's a piece of junk. A better futon could be found along the roadside. First thing, the packaging was horrible. It comes in a bag with cardboard wrapped around it held together with straps. The box had lots of tears and such. After opening it up, the futon is poorly constructed. The microsuede cover is basically a cheap cover held on by velcro. Everything else is cheaply stapled together. The legs needed to be screwed on, only four screws. No big deal, but the holes don't line up. I basically had to remove the brackets and drill a new hole into the frame. This thing isn't any better than the crap target sells for $[...], but this has a cool name. My advice avoid this item.
