Finally, a dock for my Ibiza! 2008-06-18
I am glad Haier finally came out with this dock! It is easy to connect to an external source, I bought the Bose Companion Series II speakers, connected them to the dock and within seconds had pure, beautiful music filling my home! For ease of use and sound I would give it 5 stars because it uses the audio output of the external source, not through the Ibiza, going through the speakers makes the sound much more pure. I am however giving it four stars for two reasons: Even though I do think it's worth the money there are other docks out there that are cheaper and come with a remote, so for the money it should come with one. The people at the support message board for the Ibiza I am a member of have told us a remote is in the works, so I definitely will upgrade and take this one to my job! The accessories that Haier have come out with for the Ibiza have been high quality so far (with the exception of a very cheaply made carrying case, NOT WORTH THE MONEY), can't wait to see what else they come up with! Other than no remote this is a great dock. Ibiza users, give it a try if you don't mind no remote, and you I-word users, if you buy the Ibiza, the Ibiza bluetooth headset (now available on Amazon!) and switch to Rhapsody you will throw your I-word out the window and become an Ibiza-elitist like me! Oh yeah, you'll buy the dock, too! ;)
