Gret product at under 4 bucks

My 5 yr old loved it. It has great educational content and it is esy to navigate. Plenty of games to play. I bought used copy and it runs fine on WinXP.
Excellent Program
2007-03-12
I use this program in the computer lab at my school. It is very engaging and the learning content is perfect for first graders, struggling second graders and ESL students. It teaches phonics concepts inside of a fun adventure that the kids love. It is also easy to monitor the program to check the kids progress. You can set the game so that the children must finish one level before they can go on to the next or you can set it to allow them to move as they want to. There are also small books that you can print out and have the child read. The game will last for a long time because there are so many levels. I suggest that if you are using xp you set the preferences to 256 colors so that everything can be easily seen. There is also an earlier program for kindergarteners called "Lets go Read:1 An Island Adventure." (FYI:I am not certain if the game will work with window's Vista)
