The best electric fryer

I had the old version of this for many years and loved it until it finally died. This is the new and improved version. Lighter, Teflon interior, much quieter, solidly locking fryer basket. Digital timer. It was great before, now it is perfect.
Really easy to drain and strain the oil too. Magnetic cord disconnects before fryer can be pulled off counter. You can't get a better one.

It's a Great Machine!

This is my second DeLonghi Roto-Fryer and I love it as much as the first. I have tried many others but none come close to the even frying temperatures, crispness, and quality of the foods prepared in this machine. A word of caution, DO NOT let this fryer get submerged in water, or let the frying element get wet! Be very cautious when cleaning the fry pot, to ensure that water does not drip or leak into the element base! That is what caused my to my first DeLonghi fryer to stop working.
