Works with iPod 5g hard drives

It works with the Toshiba MK300GAL that comes in the 30gb version of the 5g video and it is cheap. This is a good looking enclosure that is extremely easy to set up. Also it runs very cool with the MK300GAL.

Advice for the ipod hard drive, not related to the ease or performance of the enclosure:

I have heard people having problems getting rid of a partition on the 5g's hard drive but I had no issues after resetting the disklabel and partitioning it normally with gparted. Works flawlessly now.
