Excellent Set

This set of grippers is of excellent quality. If you are interested in increasing your grip strength, this is a great way. The grippers allow you to work from the 100's, which are relatively easy, up to as high as you can go. The 350 is crazy. Good luck even budging it. My only caution is to make sure your hands are dry with the heavier gripper. I've already torn off a few callouses.
Great grips

I started lifting heavy deadlifts and felt my grip slipping. After scouring the net I came across these. I bought the entire collection because of a review I read from another bodybuilder.
I started out with 100 and now I'm closing 300. You wouldn't believe it but I could lift more by adding squeeze to my grip. I do this twice a week and think everyone should incorporate grips into their workout.
Awesome!

I've been working out for roughly a year and a half. I am 17 years old. I've been doing simple wrist curls and other wrist strengthening exercises aside from my actual work out. This product has enabled me to bring my training to the next level and has provided me with new goals, like closing the massive 300 HG gripper! On to the product....
These grippers are extremely durable. They are completely metallic, unlike other grippers that have wooden, plastic or foam handles. They also have noticeably huge springs. When you receive them, you'll know they are the real deal. One complaint I received, when getting people to try them out, was that the handles were rough and uncomfortable. This is true initially; however, if you use them frequently, your hands get used to the feeling. I suggest checking out the Heavy Grips website and going to the Grip Training section for some useful beginner and advanced training guides. One bonus to having all of these, even if you can't close them all initially, is that you can bring them to friends, family, or other people and get them to try to close them. It's pretty fun for everyone, and it may even convince them to buy a set for themselves.
One more thing, it's about delivery. I am Canadian, so to bring them over, it cost $20 for duty. However, it was well worth it, and I received them in just 5 days. I hope this helps you decide on whether to buy the product or not. Perhaps just buy the HG 100 to start, if you are unsure, and if you like it, buy the rest.
