Scale broke after using it one time

I was very disappointed in the product. We actually were only able to use the scale one time. After that it was completely broken. We tried replacing the back up battery, check the connections and nothing worked.

Worked twice. Then it refused to turn on. Which, reading the reviews, seems to be the norm, rather than the exception.
Save your money and buy something that will *work*.

Not sure if I got a lemon but this worked for 2 days and that was it. I sent it back and bought from a different manufacturer. If it malfunctioned so quickly chances are it's a cheap product.

I bought this scale and like the versatility - good for lightweight mail and heavier packages. It is, however, cheaply made and broke a few weeks after I purchased it. I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from the vendor. The return refund period was over at Amazon but when I contacted The Supply Cabinet, the vendor, they not only offered to replace the broken scale, but sent me a new one right away with a free return shipping label for the broken one. I would highly recommend The Supply Cabinet and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Product worked for the first two weighings and then went. Now it will not turn via battery or ac adapter. I hunted around and found others that experienced the same problem with Digiweigh indicating it was a power issue and offering in warranty replacement but with shipping at the owners expense. Thankfully I purchased via Amazon. I am returning the unit and going with one of the scales with a solid history and good reviews such as the Durascale 50 or the MX50 both by MyWeigh.

Super and very easy to use! I love the hold feature in case you have an oversized box to weigh! Comes with a great warranty too! Very happy with this purchase, and the FREE SHIPPING was icing on the cake! : )
