Title: Myself

I am who I am.
Not THAT I am,
Just who.

I am a warrior
Who stands firm in the wake of darkness.

I have feelings like other people
And I have feelings FOR other people.

I am a peace-maker
Yet sometimes I make it worse then it is.

I am wandering this Earth
Searching for truth
Yet I constantly lie indeed.

I cultivate my image
The way I want people to see me.
Whether or not it's true.
I want to look like
A lone wolf,
Street-smart and wise.
Cool as a cucumber in a pinch
Never afraid of anything
Serious as always.

Yet in total reality
I'm in want of a friend.
Full of peaceful knowledge
Prone to anger in a pinch
Afraid of what might happen
Funny as always.

A very few see me as I really am
My parents and family
And one other.
Never before has any beside my family
Known how I really am.
What am I doing?
How the heck should I know?
Where am I going?
I follow my Master.
Why am I doing it?
I know that much at least.
How will I go?
He will provide a means.
Why am I confiding in another?
Maybe because I'm getting older.
Why her?
I DON'T KNOW!
