Title: Maleeka Madision`s Diary 2.
April 2nd, 1729. Second day of slave labour.
Dear Diary,
My owner hit me today for no reason. Well it could be because i dropped the baby`s milk, but he didn't see that.. Maybe his wife did. But anyway I shall not question my owner`s judgement.
April 3rd, 1729. Third day of slave labour.
Dear Diary, today I heard... no overheard a bunch of older slaves, talking about, an above ground railroad. Called The UnderGround Railroad.
They say that, once you get off, you`re free. Just because you don't have to work all the time.
April 4th, 1729. Forth day of slave labour.
Dear Diary,
I had to help Melinie into her clothes,today.
It was not pretty.
April 5th, 1729. Fifth day of slave labour.
Today I overheard two groups of people. The first group i overheard were my masters. They said that I was going to be sent on a train in a box, to a french prince.
I don't want to go. The second group was the older slaves i overheard two days ago.
They said that they were going to try to get out of here and on the UnderGround Railroad.
I stepped out of the shadows and asked if i could do anything to help. They told me to come behind the Barn House at midnight. We all had to go, because our master, was coming to see what all the commotion was.
~*~ Later~*~
I came at midnight as planned.They (the older slaves) were already there.
I asked what I could do to help.They said that there was only two positions left.
A decouy or to come with them.I told them about the Prince and they all nodded. I chose the decouy.
April 6th, 1729, sixth day of slave labour.
Tomorrow is the day that I am a decouy.
Maleeka Madision died to save her people, resulting in saving the African people forever.
