Title: Autumn

Autumn

Falling leaves like
Dreaming dancers.
Spinning through the air
Lighting on the grass.
Carved pumpkins grinning merrily,
Smiling at passing friends.
Scarecrows propped up on my porch.
Straw hats nearly falling off as
They laugh silently and happily.
Children in masks and costumes,
Not all of them scary
But all of them filled with imagination.
Warm pies sitting in my oven
Waiting to be eaten.
My family around me
Laughing with voices filled with joy.
