Perhaps I dream of writing
Oh yes that may be my dream.
Drawing with words as a painter
Draws with color.
Words to make you happy,
Words to make you angry.
Words to stir you into motion,
Words of warning.
Perhaps I just feel like writing.
But it's not the same in the end.
Each poem or story has its own
Life that is filled with adventure.
An adventure filled with love,
An adventure packed with action.
An adventure to make you weep.
An adventure to make you glad.
I draw with words because
Words are my life.
I cannot exist without
My good friends the words.
