Title: My Dog's Bad Habits
I got my dog at the beginning of the school year. I was very excited when I came home from school one day and saw the black dog lying at my mother's feet. I was very unsuspecting of all the troubles that dog would bring into my life.
The dog was CRAZY!!! She goes on wild rampages throughout the house, running back and forth crazily, sometimes running right into the sliding glass door. She likes to rub her back end on anybody and anything, making strange snorting noises of relaxation.
One time a whole batch of chocolate chip cookies was cooling on the counter. I was practicing piano when I heard noises coming from the kitchen. I went over to investigate. My dog was on her hind legs, with her front paws on the counter, devouring all the cookies. They were already half gone. I rushed to my mother who was outside and told her the news.
Later on that night, my mother and I placed one of the untouched cookies on the edge of the counter. We pretended to go upstairs. Once the dog thought we were upstairs, she snuck back into the kitchen. My mother grabbed the spray bottle, rushed into the kitchen, and sprayed the dog, who was just about to gobble down the cookie.
I have to admit, she's pretty strange, but I like her all the same.
