Title: Read this Tessa - how I rate stories
Hi Tessa,
Thankyou for your comments. I thought you should know that I read every story and I give it a rating from 1 - 5. I don't mind if there are spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes in the story - I only care what the story is about. This is because everybody has different abilities and somebody might write a really interesting story, but they might not be a good speller - I don't think it would be fair to give them a low rating, just because they can't spell too well.
And as there is only one of me to read the stories, I don't have the time to spell check every one. Also, if I correct too many mistakes, it often ends up changing the story. I hope this makes things a bit clearer.
