Title: The Pokemon Journy (Chapter 1 )
I was sitting on the couch in Erik's house.I had forgotten that I was supposed
to meet Erik and Nick at Prof.Elm's lab to get our first Pokemon.Then I ran
to the lab,remembering what I was supposed to do.
'What took you so long?'asked Nick.
'Sorry,'I said,panting.'I forgot.'
'Hello,'said Prof.Elm,opening the door.'I knew you'd come.'
Prof.Elm gave us a Pokedex and five empty Pokeballs.Then we got to pick our
first Pokemon.
'I promised mt granddaughter she could pick before anyone else,'said Prof.Elm.
A young women came into the door.'Hello,Grandpa,I'm ready,'she said.
'Okay,Erika,'said Prof.Elm.'I want,um,uh,Chikorita,'she said,picking up the Pokeball.
'Totodile's mine!'Erik said.'And Cyndaquil's mine!'said Nick.
There were no more Pokeballs left for me to pick from.'What about me?'I asked.
