Mr. Jones, the art teacher, was very small and very meek. One day he found his car smeared with rude words painted bright red.
He told the principal who told the school that unless someone owned up the half-term holiday would be cancelled.
A few minutes after assambly there was a knocking on Mr. Jones's door. 'Come in!' he called and there was Nigel Hawkins, the school bully - six feet tall and built like a tank.
'It was me what painted the words on your car.'
'Oh thank you for confessing,' gulped Mr. Jones. 'I'm not sure that your spelling was 100 per cent accurate, but I thought you'd like to know the I loved the colour!'
