Title: It's Better To Have Loved And Lost
It's better to have loved and lost,
Then to have never loved at all.
But when you lose the one you love,
It's not like that at all.
You wish you never met him,
You wish you never cared,
But when you think about him,
You never feel scared.
Sitting in your room alone,
Thinking of days gone by.
Your mind forms a picture of his face,
And then you start to cry.
You thought your love was forever,
Burning like a fiery flame,
But now that flame has smouldered,
And forever ends today..
