Title: Spring the season of new life???

Spring is a happy time wouldn't you think,
Flowers blooming and lambs running friskily around lovely and healthy,
But life isn't that simple-read this................

We had got permission to visit the house across the road to see their lambs.
When we got there they were not home but we knew they wouldn't mind us going in. We went into the lambing shed,
There were pens everywhere each filled with a ewe and her lambs. I walked over to one pen where there were 3 lambs one must have been only a few minutes old,
and there were two bigger ones and one of them appeared to be sleeping. The ewe was resting and did not budge when I stroked the smaller lamb, he was still wet. But the bigger one would not have it and ran round and round the pen. I then went to stroke the one who was sleeping he was cold he wasn't asleep he was dead.
