Title: sizzle sizzle SPLAT!!!!!!
I was cooking sausages in a saucepan.
Mum told me hot oil was deadly and I was careful, It wasn't the first time I had cooked them. Dad was working mum was at a meeting the simpsons were on t.v. I tested a sausage to check it was cooked, popped it back in... SPLAT the oil hit me under and over my eye, I dropped the cutlery, gave a small scream and fell, got up turned of the cooker and put water over my eye it burned and it was painful.
But it could have been worse.
