What's in my past?
Why it's another life.
Another journey conquered
Coming back to take on more.
When I look back
Into my past
I think of all
I could've stood tall
I could've done more
Instead I closed the door.
Let my life pass me by.
Not knowing
How high I could fly.
Now I am starting over
I am taking control
I have a great big hole
That I am going to fill
With lots of things
I could've done turned around then
I am going to win
This race and put things
Back into their proper place
I am not going to get
Stepped on anymore.
All because I am so sure
About everything
I have to do
To change things
Between me and you
