Title: Trust

True trust is being able,
To throw yourself into someone's arms,
Without worrying,
That they will drop you,

The thought never crosses your mind,
That they aren't the most reliable,
You just whistle your merry tune,
And go on with what you do,

It's not true trust,
If you start thinking gee?
What would happen if he dropped me?
Eventually these thoughts will corrode your mind ,

If your trust is broken,
It hurts like nothing you've felt before,
You have no trust left in you,
Even for those who are true,

Your heart is left within their hands,
It's yours they can destroy,
But what they do only hurts you,
It barely affects them,

It's a risk to take,
To say you trust,
In one person completely and wholly,
But maybe he will not be like others,
Who decided to destroy your trust,
