Title: And Yet....

And Yet has been a mockery
Truth once rang with hypocrisy.
And fools will laugh and play the game
As the world, spinning, becomes inane.

So hard to find right from wrong
The deceptors call the singing throng
Why don't we all join as one?
Perfect target for the bomb.

Soldiers never truly stay that close
Grenades will rip flesh and clothes.
Stealing more life then should be wasted
And as war of life we must face it.

Yet not a war of death and pain
Stakes are held higher in this game.
Spirit war of darkened life
Can only bring suffering and strife.

So if you gather in 'friendly' light
Be prepared for the coming fight.
And it's not against the ones you think
No, it's against the others.
