Title: Chapter 1 (pg1) (Dead ove Party)
Sarah was in her bedroom writing invitations to all her friends to come to her party that night, wwhen her little siter, Kristal, entered. 'Sarah none of your friends are going to want to sleep over once I tell them our secret!' Kristal said when she came in. 'Go away tweed I am busy!' Sarah replied without even looking up. 'But Sarah we have ghost!' Kristal replied. 'There are no such things as GHOST!' Sarah replied angrily. 'YES there is!' Kristal said. 'I got proof of 'em too!' Kristal pulled out tape recorder and pressed 'play' When she did Sarah heard silence followed by a scratching noise as if something were scraping against cement that was followed by the sound of something large but plastic falling over and landingwith a crash. The tape made two clicking sounds and Kristal pressed 'STOP'
'You call that proof ha! I call that rats in the basement digging through the garbage can and knocking it over!' Sarah replied laughing. ' Hmph!' Kristal said and then stomped out angrily . Sarah continued writng out invitations, when her dad called them down for lunch. After lunch Sarah went to the mail box and sent out her invitations.
That night:
'Sarah are all your invitations sent out because I bought two gallons of choclate Icecream and 3 two liters of soda and for that girl Kayla who eats light salad making things and I am about tostart making that chicken you requested for finner.' Sarah's mother explained. 'Uh yeah mom thanks a million.' Sarah said and went into the living room to prepare for her guest.
That's when she heard a knock on the door she went into the next room and opened the front door . 'Hi Sarah!' said the girl at the door. 'Hey Kayla, you are the first to arrive could you go sit in the living room?' Sarah said to Kayla. Kayla left and as soon as she entered there was two more knocks on the door. Sarah opened it and two of her friends were standing out side . Marie and Lauren. 'Hi Kayla is in the living room why don't you two go in there too?
