Title: The Story of Spider-man by Michael Teitelbaum

This story is based on Spider-man's life. It happens in Queens, New York. Besides Spider-man, other characters include Spider-man's family and his enemies. Peter Parker (known as Spider-man) lives with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben because his mom and dad died. When Peter Parker went to the science fair, there was a spider that got hit by radioactivity. The spider caught onto the closest thing it could get to. That was Peter Parker's hand. Ever since that time, he was both Peter Parker and Spider-man.

Spider-man entered a wrestling match and won. After that, he was offered money to appear on TV. He did. Others offered him more money to sign a contract and work for them. While he was thinking about it, a bad guy passed him. A police man asked Spider-man to help. He didn't want to help for free. Later he found out that bad person killed his Uncle Ben. After that, Spider-man decided to always help people who needed it.

Along with Spider-man and his family, this book talks about his enemies. Venom is one very dangerous enemy. He cannot be detected by Spider-man's spider sense. He can stick to any surface. He has superhuman strength and is very flexible. He also can make himself look like anything he wants.

I liked this book very, very, very, very much. The cool pictures are good drawings. At first the words were kind of hard for me to read. When I got used to the book, I learned how to read it. I will read this book again and again until it's loved to shreds!
