Remember me in your dreams,
In the deepest spot of your heart,
As the rain falls or the sun shines,
Remember, you've been with me.
Remember me when you hear the night birds,
Remember me every time you hear their song,
Listen for them and you will know,
That I'll be with you forever.
Remember me as I ask you;
Would you have loved me if we'd met,
In another time and another place,
Would you have loved me as I am?
Remember me as my voice fades,
As you're sitting beside me,
Remember all the things I've told you,
Don't cry, I'll be with you, until the end.
I'll sing to you as the nightbirds,
As the moon, the sun and the rain,
Remember me at midnight and forever,
Remember me and I'll be with you always.
