Title: Jamalen Nijak and the School of Edbydesign-6
Jamalen jumped behind the table as the bacon flew. The crispy strips of meat lanced through the wall and stuck, quivering, in the wall.
* Dursley's own special move!* Jamalen thought. * Bacon Throw of Darkness!*
When the barrage of bacon had subsided, Jamalen peeked a glance at Dursley. He was panting furiously. Mr. Boring was also on the floor, with some bacon bits in his hair.
Mrs. Boring, however, didn't seem fazed in the least. ' Not bad,' she told her son. ' But make sure you flick your wrist a bit harder. Anyway...' She glared at Jamalen again. ' There has to be some alternative for us taking him with us.'
' I could just stay here,' Jamalen volunteered.
' Hah!' Dursley laughed. ' Right, like I'd trust you here. You'd probably go up to my room and steal my training manual.'
' What about your friend,' Herman asked Livonia. ' What's her name? Yawning?'
' Yiovanni, you twit,' Livonia snapped. ' And she's vacationing for the next few weeks, along with most of the people I know. How about your sister Barge?'
' Are you kidding? Barge hates the boy!' They were talking like Jamalen wasn't there; he doubted they noticed hi. But Dursley kept making threatning gestures.
Finally, the talk had subsided. There WAS no alternative. Jamalen would just have to come with them.
About half an hour later, Jamalen was squashed in the backseat between Dursley and his friend( and fellow Foo'd Fighto) Peair Polka. He didn't count himself lucky, though; he knew that Dursley and Peair would begin practicing their powers on him.
But Mrs. Boring was too busy complaining. The things she normally complained about was life, life, life, Jamalen, Jamalen, life, her busband, Jamalen. But today, it was about motorcycles.
' Look at them!' She said, pointing at a bike ahead of them ' Roaring along like young lunatics.'
' I had a dream about a motorcycle,' Jamalen said suddenly. ' It was flying.'
The minutes the words left his mouth, he realized his mistake. The Borings didn't hold with nonsense. And THIS was most certainly nonsense.
Livonia turned around in her seat. ' MOTORCYCLES CAN'T FLY!' She screamed.
' I know, I know,' Jamalen answered. ' It was just a dream.' Dursley and Peair sniggered.
