Title: Loss of Innocence

Once upon a time in the city by the sea
There lived a family of five they were as happy as can be

There was Mom, Dad, Cadence, Robin And me
And we all had a smile that you could clearly see

And then on the next day September the 11th my happy family of five only consisted of three

There was no where to run there was no where to hide

During the turmiol the only three left were pushed to the side

I lost my best friends my Mom and my Dad

I lost the compassion for the world that I had

There in the rubble of the bulidings where they once worked

Lay the souls of my parents I am sure that is where they still lurke

I didn't know how much I would miss them until they were gone

I still hear the gentle hum of my mothers song

Gone with my parents goes a piece of my heart

Thier lives cut short

And we three left with the memories of what was, what could have been, and what will never be

When my family of five was cut down to three
