Title: My Journey to Jamaica
It was the summer of 1999. My family and I went to Jamaica for a ten days vacation. Although mom was Jamaican,it was her first visit in seven years. We flew over the ocean and the journey lasted almost 5 hours. My aunt Rosemarie was there to meet us at the airport.
During our time in Jamaica,we went to the beach,swam in the hotel pool,and wanted to climb the Dunns River Falls but dad was scared. We enjoyed the delicious meals and visited with families and friends.
