Title: E-agle Edge *chapter five*

Chapter 5, by Lesst
Oh, where am I? Zatch must of took me hear. I kick the door but it doesn’t budge. “Let me out of here you creeps!” I yell. I kick the door again and decide that that was enough. Then I saw somebody in the corner, dressed in maroon coloured rags. “Who are you?” I asked nervously. She removed her hood to reveal long brown hair. “My name is Sabse. Yours?” She asks me.
“I-I am Lesst,” I said. She walks up to the wall and puts her hand againced it. Then the wall disappears. I smile, and sorta laugh.

When we finally reach the exit, I notice someone coming in. It was Gracia! Sabse hides in the corner behind a statue and motions for me to come. I quickly run beside her. I can’t believe it, they have Grace… It’s really annoying how war can be so, so, hurtful. I guess that’s the word for it. War, why is there such a thing as it! The only thing that’s almost as painful as a war being started is a war being ended. It was so tempting to just go out there and take Grace and run away, but that’s not a solution. I couldn’t help it, I had to do something. So I just did the first thing that came into my mind, collapsed in front of them.

Next thing I know, I’m lying on the floor of some old abandoned town. I get up, dusting the dirt of my skirt. I decided it’s no use waiting for no one to come and find me, so I think I’ll just go find someone myself. I leave the town, with a gust of wind breaking the silence.

As I was walking along, I heard a noise. “Who’s there! Sabse?” I ask. I turn my head. Nothing there. “This way, idiot!” said a voice. I turned back. It was Zatch, God why?
“What do you want Zatch!” I asked, my heart pounding with every word I speak.
“Well, nothing really. Just wanted to take you again, so no big deal,” he said. I am a big deal!
“Lay off!” I yell, casting Blizzard glash, one of my magic techniques. Immediately after I casted it bits of jagged ice rained from the sky. I ran for it, through my attack. The ice hit me with impact, but I just kept on defending myself. “I have Gracia, I don’t need you…” He said.

I’m fine; I’m fine… “Are you?” Huh? “No- no you’re not fine. Don’t hide from the truth. Your safety depends on the truth…” Blank. Nothing, no one. “Ergh…” I say as I wake up. A dream? A voice… It’s starting to get dark. I don’t think I’m going to be able to get to sleep tonight. Where am I going to stay? I sit down, my feet dangling off the edge.
