Title: An Earwig in the Ear By Nigel Gray

There are 3 plays in the book, some of them are funny. Each play has two characters in them.

PLAY 1
A man goes on holiday and got an earwig in his ear. Go to the doctors and a funny conversation starts.

PLAY 2
A man went on holiday with some members of his family and his Grannies dies. He went to police and funny events started.

PLAY 3
A worker went mad at work and he went to directors dining room when not allowed. He was told to go but he just kept on refusing.

I enjoyed 2 plays An Earwig in the Ear and Grannie’s Holiday, Grannie’s holiday was the funniest because of how the characters behaved. The policeman didn’t understand what had happened and this was funny. I found him most amusing.


The characters in the last play were not interesting. The end should be more exciting and less realistic.


The plays were fun. I give them 4 stars out of 5.
