Title: The calculator
There was something strange about that calculator that Anna got for her Birthday.
It didn't have any numbers.Only letters.'how do you plus and take away?'Said a girl in Anna's grade at school.'well,I haven't found that out yet.'Said Anna.THe girll laughed and went off with the popular group.The group with the most popular kids in the school and they were mean to Anna.
Anna was in fourth grade and she had no friends.She was the smartest but she was deaf.Kids teased her about her hearing aids.
Except one girl called Sarah.She was quiet and shy.Anna sat near her at lunch time.Sarah gazed at sarah's hearing aids and Anna said,'go on,laugh!',She said,'no!I would never!they look cool','your only saying that!'.'I'm not.well,I've got to go'.Sarah had glasses too big for her face.Anna had red curly hair but Sarah had blonde hair.Anna felt in her pocket and saw the calculator.She pulled it out and looke dat it.She saw Sarah runing but then she stopped.Anna raced over to her and said,'er,do u know how to use this?'Sarah looked at it and it took a second for her to realise that she was looking at the strangest gadget ever appeared to the human eyes.'where did you get that!?'Said Sarah still gazing at it,'my parents got it for me for my birthday',said Anna.Sarah pulled out a small book the size of her palm and she scanned the pages rapidly until she stopped,'there,the magnescalculates','The what?',said Anna alarmed,'the magnescalculates','I've never heard of it!,'said Anna,'well,you have one!'.Sarah pointed at the calculator and realised that it was the magnecalculates.The one is icture had gold trimming oround the edges with silver letters.Anna's had silver trimming with gold letters.'I can't believe this',Said Sarah,'but,your going to be famous!'.
