How a Platypus Came to be

One day Beaver was walking through the stream to go home to his dam where he lived all alone. Beaver didn't like living alone so one day he decided to find him a mate. Beaver headed out to find him a mate to mate with. He looked and looked and hunted and hunted and he couldn't find one because they were all already had mates. Beaver headed home. When he got home he found duck sleeping in his dam. He woke the duck up and the duck said 'What are you doing in my house!' Beaver said 'This is not your house crazy!' Beaver got to know duck and he decided he liked duck and he wanted her to stay and help move to the river across the river. Duck said that she would stay and help him move. Duck made around 100 trips to the other river carrying sticks in a pouch. Duck moved in with Beaver. After a while Duck and Beaver mated and had little babies. They decided to call them Platypuses. That's how Platypuses came to be
