Before midnight
After dark
Through the window it crawled.
Down the tree and
Upon the grass it creeped.
Beneath the bush
But silently,
Beyond the farthest house
Without being told to appear/
Out of it's own world and
Into your heart.
Toward your dreams
Till the morninglight comes.
