Title: my tribute to prince
Dear Prince,
Although you were beautiful,
And probably the best.
I hope wherever you’ve gone now,
You’re peaceful and at rest.
I hope that you’re with Bruce now.
Barking away like mad.
I’ll always remember the good times,
And wash away this sad.
Do you remember in the forest?
You used to race me through the mud.
And helpless, innocent cyclists,
Were sent down with a thud!
You were so dependent on us.
And such a big baby.
But now you’ve had to leave us,
There’s a gap in the family.
I know times weren’t always easy.
As older and older you got.
I just want to say this, Prince,
That I love you a hell of a lot.
