Title: Tiki Island, Chapter 12
*Sorry to keep you waiting*
I ran to Kristin's house. It tokk at least half an hour just because
I'm a slow runner. When I finally got there, I rang the door bell, and Kristin
answered. Please- don't let her know! I deperately begged. Please don't know!
I held my breath, hands behind my back, and fingers crossed.
'Oh, hi, Jonathan,' said Kristin. 'I-I-I-' I sputtered. She didn't know.
I didn't say anything but 'I' because the joy of happiness struck me.
'Come on in,' offered Kristin. 'What do want to tell me?' I decided to
tell her, but not anyone(and I mean anyone) else.'Uh....first of all,
my family disappeared to.......' I began, but when I said 'to' I had to stop.
Now I had to tell her they died in a fire and went in Heaven and that I'm
dead too, but I still remain! But then, to my relief, Kristin said,'Sorry
Jonathan. I couldn't hear you. What did you say?' 'My whole family
disappeared!' I cried shrilly, without saying the 'to' this time.
'They disappeared?' said Kristin, a slight smile on her face.
'Yeah, they vanished!' I cried. I just couldn't hold it in to myself.
'We were supposed to go to McDonalds, and I got Bradley to get up. I
went upstairs, with just Ryan there, oh, and me, too.' 'Yeah? So?' Kristin asked.
'They never came back! The vans were even gone! Really- it's true!
I have proof to tell!' I cried. Uh-oh, I thought bitterly. Now I'm going to
have to tell the ENTIRE story! Kristin had to hear, since, well, I was yelling.
'Tell or show me the proof you have,' Kristin insisted.
WILL KRISTIN BELIEVE ME WHEN I SHOW HER THE PROOF? FIND OUT IN CH. 13!
