Title: When some one dies

When some-one dies,
And you’re all alone.
When others leave,
You stay at home.

You don’t go out.
You just give up.
You need to shout.
But you bottle it up.

You cannot eat,
Or meet your friends,
You’re racked with grief,
But you must pretend.

If you act all right.
No one will know,
Give up the fight,
Try letting them go.

One day you’ll feel all right again,
Hold on, be strong and wait for then.
If you are drowning, grab a rope.
Find the support to keep you afloat.
