Title: "The Grizzly"
While walking one fine morning,
I saw a grizzly sleeping, snoring,
Upon careful contemplation,
I gave into temptation,
I poked his toe and ran away.
While fleeing from the grizzly,
The weather went quite drizzly,
The earth beneath me gave,
And I fell through to the cave,
of the now frenzied, fearsome, feindish, grizzly bear.
A Storyteller Topic - Kids Are Poets Too
Poetry is a great way to express yourself, whether you're feeling down or on top of the world. There are many different types of poems and remember, they don't have to rhyme.
