Title: What For

When the trees outside change with the seasons, Hopes fall from broken hearts and make up reasons. When the darkness comes and the light finally leaves, It's the shadows of the night that everyone now sees. And the sorrows that won't ever wash away on waves, Are still here with the wanting of Spring that everyone now craves. But then the sun's bright rays come out once more, And you again have hope and then ask what for? The hope that there will be love this time, That you will be able to say, "This love's mine."
