Title: The Battle Of Hastings

Long long ago in 1066,
There was a big war.
William and Harold had a fight,
But what on Earth for?
King Edward chose 2 king's for his country,
What a silly thing.
So who ever wun the battle,
Shorly should be king.
They met with there men on Battle Hill,
Harold had a good idea.
They helled ud there shieleds so no arrows Could get fhrough,
And lost all there fear.
For the Normans retreated and they thought they had wun,
And droped there shieleds to celabrait.
Befor they new it the enamy came back,
But it was to late.
Arrows flu through the are,
One hit Harrold in the eye.
So the Normens left Battle hill,
Leeving poor old harrold to diy.
