ANGELS CAME DOWN AND TOOK YOU BY THE HAND,
THEY TOOK YOU TO HEAVEN TO SEE THE "MAN".
GOD SENT HIS ANGELS TO TAKE YOU TO THE LIGHT,
JUST SO YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO FIGHT.
YOU TOUCHED A LOT OF PEOPLE IN MANY WAYS,
I'LL LOVE YOU FOR MANY DAYS.
NEVER WILL I BE TROULBED WITH FEAR,
'CAUSE I'LL ALWAYS KNOW YOUR NEAR.
YOU HEART AND SOULS ARE NOW FREE,
SO DON'T YOU WAIT FOR ME.
WE'LL MEET AGAIN SOON,
UP BY THE STARS AND MOON.
YOU'RE LOOKING DOWN WITH A HAPPY SMILE,
JUST MAKING YOUR TIME WORTHWHILE.
WHEN I HEAR A BELL RING,
I KNOW YOU HAVE YOUR WINGS,
SO YOU CAN FLY DOWN AND TEACH ME THINGS.
YOU'RE AND ANGEL NOW SO FLY AWAY FROM HERE,
BUT REMEMBER I'LL ALWAYS BE NEAR.
