Title: The Detective Part III
His father seemed in a real bad mood but that did not bother sameer. He had found out the truth about Mr. Katiyaar. He was a terrorist! Sameer was sure of that. Hadn’t his dad just said that this was possible? And Mr. Katiyaar was hiding bombs and weapons in his garage! That’s why he did not want anyone to open it. Sameer had just solved his first mystery! He got up and went to his room. He had to think about what his next step towards that next door terrorist would be. He had to think fast because now the lives of several people depended on him. Sameer felt as if he had been given an immense responsibility. He thought for a while and came upon a plan. He would wait for Sunday when Mr. Terrorist, for that was what he called Mr. Katiyaar now, would be home. Also his parents would be home that day and they would be able to witness his bravery. So he decided to wait for Sunday and then carry out his ingenious idea.
On Sunday sameer felt very excited. He waited for his parents to fall asleep and sneha to go in her room and play. Then he crept to Mr. Katiyaar’s house and looked from the bedroom window and saw that Mr. Katiyaar was snoring away to glory. All clear! He thought. Then he ran back to his house and called the police! A very sleepy inspector picked up the phone. Sameer related the whole story quickly and then gave the inspector his address. The inspector, whose name was Mr. Shamlal, agreed to bring his whole force and surround the terrorist’s house. Sameer was glad and thanked the inspector.
