Title: Friends Forever: Chapter Four; Good-bye
On Monday morning Amanda tried really hard to make up with us. We were all
very nice to each other and very relieved. Absolutely everything went perfectly
until Amanda got her first boyfriend. We held our breath to see if her attitude
would change. We were very grateful when it didn't.
On the last day of school we had a dance. Of course all the couples, including
Amanda and Pierce, danced the slow-dances. We all danced the others. At the
very end the DJ played a slow song. We all started crying because we had been
through this whole fight and still been friends, and next year we would be going
to different schools. With many hugs and lots of tears we said good-bye, promising
to keep in touch and to remain friends forever. I now I will always remember
