Title: The fun fair part 1

“Hey! Look at this,” shouted Susie. “The fair is coming to town.”
Everyone gathered excitedly around the poster. “Grand Autumn fair coming to your town- Saturday 16th September. Many new and exciting ride!”

On this poster nothing was said about a competition to get 6 tickets to the fair. Some children bought a chocolate bar each they read about the competition and as quick as they could they opened their bars. One of them shouted with delight, “I’ve won. I’ve won!” The group of 5 girls all with blonde hair screeched, “ Take me take me!!!!” Jane said all of them would go. The girls went home and told their parents they said, “ You are not going because it runs too late” The girls were very unhappy. The parents were going to go instead. Their parents would not stop talking about all the new rides and all the food that would be there. The girls thought this was totally unfair.
